Enjoy the Pommery Ice Restaurant’s magical and wonderful setting and warm up with the irresistible dishes prepared especially for this occasion by Executive Chef Matthieu Saunier from the InterContinental Montreal.

Take a seat at an ice table, on a bench covered with a thick fur and let yourself be seduced by the beauty of this ephemeral restaurant, as well as the flavors of dishes reminiscent of sunny Provence prepared by Chef Saunier.

The restaurant is open from Thursday to Monday between 11am and 3pm and between 5 pm and midnight. It is the ideal place for a romantic meal, an evening with friends or to celebrate a special occasion in an out of the ordinary setting.
